When I arrived at Meagan’s home, she told me she was nervous to do this shoot…. and of course she was! Who isn’t nervous to bare it all for a complete stranger? But I can’t even tell you how natural and wonderful Meagan was for the camera. She just kind of dropped her clothes and seemed to become herself. Yet there was still a vulnerability there that was quite alluring and sexy. Meagan is such a natural beauty, that when I was going through these images, I thought of a dove ad— Pure, confident, beautiful!

So here’s my new sister site for some of my boudoirs and edgier work. I just couldn’t have a half naked woman with a bottle of Jim Beam next to the sweet baby shoot, that I did the day before….

Today,  I went out to a couple of hotels on Federal and did this shoot entirely for myself ( and for the model’s portfolio).  I’ve been fascinated by some of the fashion work out there and am a huge fan of Nan Goldin and Helmut Newton’s, so I kind of did a shoot based on some of their work. It’s much darker than a lot of my boudoirs—in fact, this may have been the darkest shoot I have ever done. I loved it!!
